random friday notes:

• due to midwestern allergies, i've been sneezing like a madwoman.

  every time i sneeze, i sneeze with such force (sidenote: i had a boyfriend once who would disparage me every time i sneezed due to the unladylike volume of my sneeze) that it feels as if i am dislocating some portion of my neck vertebrae. yippeeee.

• kind of bummed that dooce.com went down cos it used to pick-me-up at work. often.
• also bummed that i can't make it to danalina's bon voyage bash this weekend in DC. *however* i really just want to see her, and not the thousands of peripherals that come with the package. sheesh meesh.
• requisite nostalgia: lookie here
• i'm having a kentucky derby/cinco de mayo extravaganza which is sure to include many hats. also, bocce ball will be played as per christine s.'s request. email me if you wanna come.
• going to pgh to see ira glass this weekend with mum and ryry. always ikea stuck in there too.
• i really miss my girlfriends. *sniffle*
