with the end of the year imminent, i've decided to make a very Type-A audit of my financial and nutritional life.

it's a more obvious part of that internal audit i always write/talk/think about. you know, updating your impression(s) of yourself, trying to age accordingly. or fighting it accordingly.

it sounds like something out of a cheap self-help magazine that i might pluck from the tabloid stands by the checkout.
